This website documents my work as a composer of contemporary art music. It brings together compositions, recordings, and reflections on the musical journey that has led me here.
At the core of the site is The Path of a Composer — a series of texts in which I look back at key works from different periods, considering how my aesthetic thinking, craftsmanship, and artistic identity have evolved over time. Each chapter is accompanied by music, allowing the reflections to be grounded in sound rather than words alone.
My recent work includes Waehnen: Symphony, as well as an ongoing chamber music project for bass clarinet, viola, cello, and piano. While the individual works differ widely in form and scale, they are united by a search for expressive clarity, structural coherence, and genuine musical communication.
